Meet Our Team
Jeffrey Wolf - President, Chief Operating Officer & CFO. Founder of JAC Builders, Inc. Mr. Wolf has been developing, building and remodeling homes and commercial buildings since 1997. Many projects involve construction of new ADA compliance and renovating existing homes to improve accessibility to its homeowners. JAC Builders acted as a general contractor to Mobility Consulting & Contracting since 2006, prior to purchasing the company in 2008. Mr. Wolf graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1985 and an MBA in Finance from New York University in 1992. Mr. Wolf is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Chuck Reiss – Head of Construction. Mr. Reiss manages all construction activities for Mobility and its parent company JAC Builders since 2002. He is the key customer liaison to address any and all issues during the construction and post construction phases of a project. Prior to joining as site construction manager Mr. Reiss managed several large residential construction projects in New Jersey (50-200 unit communities) for various large building companies including Atlantic Realty Inc., Hallmark Homes, Inc and M. Reider and Sons, Inc.
Barry Kolton – Consultant. Mr. Kolton founded Mobility Consulting & Contracting in 1988 after he sold his handicap van conversion and lift businesses, and decided to continue evaluating, designing and modifying homes for handicap accessibiity. Mr. Kolton has evaluated over a thousand homes and handled construction for over 200 residences. He has written several articles on handicap accessibility modifications and has conducted seminars for professionals.
Nicole Bernstein – Maryland Branch Manager. Provides home evaluations & modifications in the DC Metro area including MD, DC, and VA. Ms. Bernstein is CAPS certified (certified aging in place) and is in the process of getting an Executive Certification in Home Modification from USC. She has past experience in construction management, home rehabilitation and firsthand experience living with a disabled mother who has had home mobility issues for over 10 years. Ms. Bernstein is also involved with various organizations throughout MD and DC that help families with disabilities and seniors.
Holli Ehrlich - Account Service Manager NJ. Your liaison to communicate and coordinate unique renovation needs. Welcomes the opportunity to present in services to your dedicated team. Works with families, seniors, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, social workers, special needs schools, life care planners, occupational and physical therapists, realtors, support groups and foundations.
