Q: How do I set up an appointment/evaluation?

A: Just call 1-800-974-3009.  If you need an appointment in New Jersey dial extension 21 for Jeff Wolf or extension 25 for Holli Ehrlich.  If you need an appointment in MD or DC dial extension 14 for Nicole Bernstein.

Q: When is Mobility available to do evaluations?

A: We are very flexible with our schedule so we will do our best to accommodate your availability. We understand that some people work so evening appointments are possible.

Q: I need more than regular construction. Do you install lifts and elevators also?

A: Yes we do. We are an all inclusive company that can handle all aspects in making your home or public site completely accessible. There is no need to deal with multiple companies when you work with us.

Q: Will you work with my consultant, case manager, doctor, physical therapist or occupational therapist if they have already done an evaluation or would like to be involved?

A: Absolutely! One reason we set ourselves apart from other companies is we will involve anyone necessary along the whole process. We work closely with case managers and health care professionals so we can provide the exact options you need.

Q: How do I know what modifications are right for me?

A: As part of the evaluation we will go over what our recommendations are. Accessibility is what we specialize in so we are very aware of many options that most general contractors would not know about. We want to improve our customer’s quality of life.

Q: Do you have any finance options?

A: We can tell you about possible funding sources which would include state and charitable agencies as well as bank financing programs.  For more information check out the resources listed on our website.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

A: We are an established company with 20 years of experience.  We carry liability, workers compensation and umbrella liability coverage written by a highly rated insurer.  We are licensed in NJ, MD and finalizing our license in DC.

Q: I work for a hospital, rehab center, home care company or other facilities. How can I get Mobility involved with us and our clients/patients?

A: At Mobility we are more than happy to schedule an in-service meeting, small or large, where we will gladly cater a breakfast, lunch, or midday coffee break. We show attendees a multimedia presentation about who we are and what we do. In addition we will distribute company brochures that you can share with your patients. If you heard about us or were referred to us just give us a call and we can discuss how to get involved with your clients.

Q: Will you do a worker’s compensation job or work with insurance companies?

A: Absolutely! We have done workers compensation jobs and have done full consultations for insurance companies.

Q: I still have some questions, how do I get them answered?

A: It’s simple. Just give us a call at 1-800-974-3009, pick your team member and extension and we will be more than happy to answer any questions. We actually encourage people to call even if they don’t have a specific question. If we are away from the office the 1-800 number will forward to our personal cell phones.
