Jeffrey Wolf
President, Chief Operating Officer & CFO

Jeffrey WolfMr. Wolf has been developing, building and remodeling homes and commercial buildings since 1997. Many projects involve construction of new ADA compliance and renovating existing homes to improve accessibility to its homeowners.  Mr. Wolf purchased Mobility Consulting & Contracting Co. in 2008 to integrate his construction and accessibility experience. Mr. Wolf graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1985 and an MBA in Finance from New York University in 1992. Mr. Wolf is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wolf is also a CERTIFIED AGING IN PLACE SPECIALIST (CAPS CERTIFIED BY NJ HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION)

Chuck Reiss
Head of Construction

Mr. Reiss manages all construction activities for Mobility and its other building affiliates since 2002. He is the key customer liaison to address any and all issues during the construction and post construction phases of a project. Prior to joining as site construction manager Mr. Reiss managed several large residential construction projects in New Jersey (50-200 unit communities) for various large building companies including Atlantic Realty Inc., Hallmark Homes, Inc and M. Reider and Sons, Inc.

Senen C. Cabalfin
Safety and Risk Management Administrator

SENENRN, MSN major in Administration. She’s been working with people with disabilities for 12 years and managed different facilities with special needs i.e, elderly, dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury. She goes out to the customer’s home to assess and identify potential risk to the safety and health of the patients. She recommends, plans and submit safety measures for home or environment modifications i.e. ramps, bathroom modifications, grab bars, door widening to accommodate oversized wheelchairs thus creating a clutter free and a barrier free environment.

Having Ms. Cabalfin in our company, we were able to identify and assess the risks and threats to our organization, its employees, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders. She provides support, education and training to staff and customers to promote risk awareness and prevent the occurrence of accidents and/or incidents. Training includes but not limited to safe lifting; the proper use of Hoyer lift; electrical safety; fire safety and evacuation; personal safety; respiratory protection; slip, trip, and fall prevention; and standard precautions and infection control.

Pete G. Cabalfin
Construction Field Manager

Pete CabalfinB.S.M.E., HVAC certified. Oversees staff at construction site, ensuring that project is completed on schedule and that standards of quality is met. He serves as a liason between the construction crew and clients, as well as manages the expectations of every clients assuring that both the workers and clients are happy with the progress of the project. He has array of experience in construction in US and other countries namely Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Papua, New Guinea. Pete possess the ability to motivate and inspire project team members to perform at their best.

Janette Viray
Marketing Specialist

JanetVirayBS in Business Administration. She develops, markets, delivers, and supervises high quality business relationships. She manages day-to-day operations and coordinates efforts on scheduling home inspections and job estimates. Janet develops customized marketing materials and training modules to customers and provides a safe and orderly environment in which they live.

Lisa Giordano
Financial Analyst

Lisa GiordanoB. S. in Accounting, a graduate of Rutgers University, worked with Mobility Consulting and Contracting Co for more than 2 years. She analyzes internal controls and determines whether accounting information is being reported properly and recommends any changes she thinks are beneficial for the business. She checks all payables and receivables, and verifies journal entries are correct and consistent. She also double checks purchases and expenses and examines the company’s procedures for all financial reporting. Ms. Giordano has a vast experience in the field of accounting. She worked with KPMG Peat Marwick as an external auditor. She also worked with Prudential Home Mortgage now known as Wells Fargo Mortgage as Manager of Financial Reporting.
